enough is enough

there comes a time in everyone's life when you just have to say enough is enough. I think my time has finally come. I have done a lot of good thing to help people and have never ask for anything in return, so can anyone tell me why everyone that i have help or tried to help as manage to walk all over me. Like i said i never ask for any thing in return for all the good thing that i have done for people, but it would be nice to hear thank you just once. as a child of god i no the term long suffering but no one told me it would be an eternity. So as of today i say enough is enough, i will never again let people walk all over me and take my kindness for weakness, it all ends today. So I say to any one out there that needs my help i am truly sorry for some people has turn my heart to stone, there will be no more good deeds from me. for i have cried my last tear.
